Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I was recently incarcerated and found upon release (2 days after, and upon entering a residential treatment facility) that there was a bench warrant. I had missed a court date due to being incarcerated but have a letter of incarceration. due to my lack of transportation and being in treatment I have not been able to reslve this matter what should I do? I do have another court date in the same court for a different case.

It sounds like you should hire an attorney to appear on the Warrant, if not the other case too. At least you should file s Motion to recall the Warrant.
Good luck
