Restore Constitutional Rights lost from a Felony Conviction
Is there anything I can do legally to have my rights as a citizen restored? I was convicted of a Class D Felony in 1989, "a 3rd DWI within a 10 year period" there was no accident or property damage. However with this conviction on my record I can nolonger VOTE or Own a Firearm or sit on a Jury. Please Help

There are things you can do. It is called expungement. However, it depends upon which state you were convicted in. Diffferent states offer differing levels of relief from a felony conviction.
