Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

I'm trying to get a review of a 3 year old misdemeanor Passing a bad check to see if it can be sealed or less likely expunged, for employment inquiry only. IThis ONE issue is crippling my ability to get a decent job. If there is at least a chance of getting some assitance, I would be glad for someone to review the papers and due a review.

Historically, it has been difficult or impossible to get a person's records expunged in the state of Missouri, but this may have changed recently.
