Re: revocation of probation
Your question does not really give us any information at all. Of course you are entitled to a hearing on whether or not you violated any of the conditions of probation or parole. In many cases it is possible to negotiate a disposition which will keep a defendant out of prison. Whether you have any realistic chance to stay out of prison depends upon various factors and you haven't given us any facts to work with. You should hire the very best criminal defense attorney you can afford immediately, and if you can't afford one then be sure to get the public defender appointed to represent you.
