Search warrants
Why can't a police simply search whenever and wherever they think criminal activity may be occuring?

Perhaps our founding fathers, and specifically the men who were responsible for drafting the Bill of Rights, had seen enough abuse by King George III and his men, the same type of abuse that law enforcement authorities around the world and throughout history have perptrated and continue to perpetrate upon innocent people. I would suggest that you might want to take a look at our Constitution as a starting point.
