Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I used to sell bud and someone that i use to sell to got pulled over and arrested for selling, they took his phone and read his old messages between me and him saying how much i would sell him some for can i get in trouble for him not deleting his messages? by the way the cops knew who i am and what i use to do, i quit selling a couple days before he got arrested. Can i still get charged/arrested based off the texted messages and my past? im in drug court now and ive been sober and staying out of trouble can i still get in trouble for his mistake?
