Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
i was sentenced to 10 years doc in Mo. back in 1997 for selling a half ounce of pot out of my dorm room. i had a clean record and a 3.0 student. after my rdp for 120 days and 5 years on probation it was suppose to be off my record, however upon trying to get a ccw after 25 years, i found out that i am in fact a felony, is there anything i can do.?

Based upon the information you provided, it appears that you may be able to have the conviction expunged from your record.
You should consult directly with a criminal defense attorney in your area.
