Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
Served with TRO petition
Recently there was some nastiness between myself, a woman my husband had an affair with, her husband, & mine. While there was nastiness on both sides, the 1st email was sent by me. My husband & I were served with a petition giving notice of a hearing on full order of protection. We did initiate contact. What are the ramifications of not appearing?

If you do not appear and the Petitioners do, it is more likely that the temporary restraining order will be made more permanent.
