sexual medical mapractice

When I was 16-18 years old I was sexually molested by my dentist. He would

tell me he had to give me a shot and would tell me to take down my pants.

Do I have any legal recourse or compensation for this. Because of this

experience, I had only been to a dentist a few times since then.

There are several wys to approach this type of situation. You did not say how old you are now, so there is no way to tell how long it has been since these events last happened. If it has been less than three years since you last were molested by this dentist, than you should contact the police soon. If it has been less two years you may be able to file a civil suit for battery and assault, and possible malpractice. You should reprot this activity to the Missouri Dental board. You may also want to call the Missouri Attorney general's office,a nd the better business bureau.
