Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
shoplifting
i have been caught shoplifting two times the second time i got arrested for it was before i got charged for the first shoplifting case. i just want to no what might happen and if i have to do jail time do you think they will let me do house arrest because iam a single mother.

You definitley need to hire an attorney. Depending upon how much you are charged with shoplifting, and what court or courts you are in, it may be possible to avoid jail time and even avoid a conviction. Please feel free to contact me at the office for a consultation.
