Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
i am trying to get someones probation revoked and the bondsman isnt getting in any hurry.she has been allowing numerous violations to hapopen and dong nothing about it. what an i do?

What type of probation are you talking about? If the person is on supervised probation, then the State Department of Probation and Parole appoints a probation officer to supervise. In St. Louis County, if it is a County Ordinance violatin, for instance, the Department of Justice Services might be incharge. In other cases and in other places private probation services are used. I do not see why a "bondsman" would have anything to do with it.
