Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

My son has three misdeameaner charges , drug paraphernalia, possession of up to 35 grams of marjuana, and speeding esceeded by 11 to 15 mph. He has a record from about 13 yr. ago for possession with intent to distribute on school property of marjuana. He makes to much for a public defender but not enough to pay for a attorney what will most likley happen not being represented by a attorney.

If for somoe reason Mr. Nack cannot help him. Please have your Son call an attorney in his area. Too many people don't factor the "I might lose my job" aspect when deciding whether they can afford to hire an attorney. If he got these tickets within 50 mile of Kansas City, I might be able to help him.
