Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
My son has three misdeameaner charges , drug paraphernalia, possession of up to 35 grams of marjuana, and speeding esceeded by 11 to 15 mph. He has a record from about 13 yr. ago for possession with intent to distribute on school property of marjuana. He makes to much for a public defender but not enough to pay for a attorney what will most likley happen not being represented by a attorney.

Please have him call me. Ihave been handling cases likethese for over thirty-three years. If these cases are in a court in which I regularly practice, I can quote him a very modest fee to help him avoid convictions if at all possible.
If for somoe reason Mr. Nack cannot help him. Please have your Son call an attorney in his area. Too many people don't factor the "I might lose my job" aspect when deciding whether they can afford to hire an attorney. If he got these tickets within 50 mile of Kansas City, I might be able to help him.
Good luck
