he was arrested sunday and held for 24 hrs there has been nothing but harrassment from these same police - the city cop we had to talk to his cheif about already- he was held for county to pick him up and then on the way to the jail he was stopped on the side of the road and threaten the cop took him of course behind the police car -never hit him just threaten then he was never read his rights thats why he took him out of the car and because he asked for him to call his mom or dad and let them know where he was so we didn't worry he said no but they called his job and he was fired. so i find out when i'm calling around - finally they say he is just being held for 24 hrs for questioning he suppose to have keyed a truck and on camera but they didn't charge him it was to teach him a lesson

Under the facts you described, it sounds like you need to raise a complaint witht ethe city, county, and probably the attorney general's office. Mr. Koster is trying to avoid seeming to sweep police mistakes under the rug, prior to the election. Therefore, you might get a swift response.
