Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

one of my son murders where caught and released what can i do i have and gave police video footage of the guys plus an eye witness came forward even though the guy that was caught was not the shooter but he participated in the crime the prosecutor attorney told me he could not be charge and released this guy what kind of attorney do i need if they not charging him with assesory or murder can he be charge with wrongful death since he was with the guy and help chase my son.

Your posting seems a bit confusing. It sounds like you need a civil practice attorney to evaluate a wrongful death case. During that case, your attorney may be able to identify the other perpetrators through discovery. This may allow the prosecutor to charge some of those people.
