Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
my son has a warrent and his ex-girl friend file it after she was drunk and she triied to break out his car windows and busted out some in the house he lives in. He pushed her off his car and she fell against another car and put a dent in it. now she want to hang out with him and on casenet it says he is not to be around her or her friend. How can the charges still stick if she keep running back to him all the time.
1 Answer from Attorneys
The order of no contact is between your Son and the Court. If she comes aroudn him, he can still get into trouble. But, if she continues to do it, he can use that as evidence to convince the Court that he shoudl no longer be under aNo Contact Order, as the alleged victim has no fear of him. Make sure his attorney knows that they are hanging out.
Good luck
