Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
Using a SS# to gain info
If someone calls a company and says they are you, and uses your SS# to get personal information from this company...Is there anything legally that can be done? If so...what could happen to them?

There may be several civil suit options for someone who has been impersonated. They could hold the impersonator and the information provider liable for any damages that occur from the breach of trust.
The fact pattern you described, seems to be one that begs for a police report. If there is no complaint to the police, then it might appear to a judge or jury that the person being impersonated did not feel that violated.
Good Luck
