I'm on st louis county unsupervised probation, got a municipal ordinance violation for DUI last night and was wondering if I have to report it to the probation office?

I would need to know more specific information to be able to give you more specific advise. But, for the most part, people who are on probation are subject to a basic condition of probation not to violate any law, and a corresponding duty to report any arrest within a certain period of time, like 24 or 48 hours. In any event, you need to get to an attorney immediately to consult about your probation and about your latest charge. If you do not already have an attorney, you may contact me for a free consultation. I have handled several hundred municipal DUI's in the thirty-three years that I have been practicing law.
