Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I started having a sexual relationship with my teacher when I was 17. He was fired and now in jail. The prosecuting attorney for the school and county gave him bargain for 5 years probation. They said I cannot see him during those 5 years. Is this true even after I turn 18 in four days? Court is August 3rd
