In the state of Missouri if you get charged with unlawful use of weapon and armed criminal action and its your first offense how much time would you be looking at

Unlawful use is usually a Class D felony, although under various circumstances it might be anything from a misdemeanor to a Class A felony. This means you face a range of one day to four years if it's a D felony, and anywhere from one day to life in prison under other circumstances. The ACA carries a mandatory three year imprisionment with no parole if you are convicted on the related offense.
