statue of limitations

is there any statue of limitations on a mistimenor? say if someone was ordered like 4 years ago to take anger management classes and failed to do so and a warrent was issued. would the warrent still be in affect today?

If there was a warrant issued and it has not been recalled or cancelled then it is still active. Apparently you have not been pulled over since the warrent was issued or else you may have been held in custody and required to post bond. In any event, it is not too late to do something about the situation. An attorney may be able to have the Judge recall the warrant and give you another chance to perform the conditions of your plea bargain (anger management class).
