what is the statute of limitations for a prosecuting attorney to file charges on a class a felony and a class c felony?

Missouri has no statute of limitations on Class A felonies. A Class C felony has a 3 year statute of limitation. There are ways the statute may be tolled; for example, if the defendant is in hiding, the statute does not run. Feel free to contact me if I can be of assistance.
