Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
Is a stepparent in MO with whom the minor stepchild resides legally responsible for damages relating to theft, property damage, etc?

Your posting is a bit cobfusing. It sounfs like you're asking if a stepparent is liable if their Stepchild's property gets damaged. Perhaps you are wondering if a stepparent us luable for the damage that their stepchild dies to the property of others. If the property wad in the stepparents'hiyse when it was damaged, they may be legalky luavle. If the property wasn't in the hiuse (ir the yard), the stepparent isn't liable. If thid doesn't answer yoyr question, perhaps yoy can pist a clearer question.
