Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
i STOLE MONEY FROM A PAST EMPLOYER BUT PAID IT BACK IN FULL. I MET MY FORMER EMPLOYER AT THE BANK AND PAID IT BACK AT THE BANK IN FRONT OF AN EMPLOYEE THERE WITH MY FORMER BOSS. I ALSO WAS GIVEN A NOTORIZED LETTER THAT STATED THAT IT WAS PAID IN FULL AND THAT NO FURTHER ACTION WAS GOING TO BE TAKEN. THIS HAPPEN IN NOV 2012 AND NOW SHE IS SAYING THAT SHE IS GOING TO PRESS CHARGES? CAN SHE?
