can a Suspended Imposition of Sent be reversed in mo, if you pleaded quilty based an a false victim statment

I suppose that in some cases in might be possible to have a plea set aside if the only complaining witness recanted, but the chances are not going to be very good. At a plea session in open court you probably testified that you were pleading guilty because you were in fact guilty. In some cases what is actually done is called an "Alford" plea under which the defendant pleads guilty because the prosecution has enough evidence to convict even though the defendant does not admit doing what the prosecutor says the defendant did. If you entered an "Alford" plea, I would think that your chance of having the plea set aside would improve
