Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
If I am on a Suspended Imposition of Sentence for a Minot in Possession of Alcohol and a Misdemeanor Assault, what happens if I get charged with Alcohol in the Park (without a minor in posession charge) and a littering charge? All of this is taking place in Joplin, MIssouri in Jasper County

Your probationary period of the SIS can get terminated due to a new conviction. Therefore, you need to hire counsel to repreent you as to the new charges, to lessen the chances that you will be deemed in violation of your SIS agreement.
