Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
I had a suspended imposition of sentence (SIS) for misdemeanor domestic assault. I successfully completed my probation. Will I be able to own and posses a firearm. Oh I got my (SIS) in the state of Missouri.

Felons can't own guns. Your misdemeanor case should not prevent your civil rights.
