Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
Taking pictures of minors
My neighbor recently took a picture of my 2 yr. Crossing her yard. My husband was following to go to the other neighbors yard. Is this something i should be concerned about legally for the sake of my child or is this in the neighbors rights under some law against ''trespassing''?

Re: Taking pictures of minors
I don't follow. It seems that you have some concern about the fact that your neighbor took a picture of your child, but your concern is not relayed in your question, nor do I understand what taking a picture has to do with a possible tresspass. Instead of taking it upon myself to guess, please consider elaborating and reposting your question.
