As for criminal charges, you may be charged with battery, assualt, physcial abuse of a minor, or other violations of your duties as a cosmetology/health care provider, among others.
As for civil charges you may face claims for assualt, battery, physical abuse, reckless indifference to physical damages to a minor, and negligence.
If you are contacted by the police at all, you should defer talking to them until you consult directly with an attorney in your area. What you say, could get you jailed, and cause you to lose your ability to do tatoos in Missouri.
Good luck
