How do you go about getting a thirtyeight year old police record with no convictions expunged?

Some convictions can be expunged, but I am uncertain of your request. Are you saying you have no convictions in 38 years? What exactly do you want to expunge? I need more information to fully answer this. Feel free to email me if you want to clarify this.
