Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

how much time or whats the getaway???

Iam a 30 yr old working for a company based in MO who caught me falsifing timescards that i submitted to my temp agency..the detectives took me down with a felony charge awaiting investigations..they are still doing the investigation and they havent gotten back to me..the times were wrong i because i was getting paid peanuts just to have a better..please advice me what kind of lawyer to get and what kind of information that i can give the attorney to help me...and how long is the sentencing going to be..i have two sides that iamdealing with the company (A) that i worked for and the temp agency that took me to work for company (A)

It sounds to me as if you need to hire an attorney who can defend you on any criminal charges that are brought, and who may also represent you in regards to your employers on their civil claims against you for restitution.
