Can you tell me how i can not get this on my record?? Also, can you tell me what the second charge is (2704000). I was only told that i may get a trespassing charge against me. Please advise what my options are. I live in Lansing, MI. Thanks!

Re: Trespassing

An attorney would need to know all of the facts prior to giving you any specific legal advice. However, I can tell you that it is quite often possible to negotiate a plea bargain under which you could avoid taking any convictions. I would strongly suggest that you consult with, and hire, an experienced criminal defense attorney in the jurisdiction where you are facing charges. I have been practicing law for thirty years and I make court appearances in many different Missouri Counties. I might be able to help you myself.
