Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
Trespassing in Fenton MO
I was handed, I believe, a complaint of trespass in the first degree when unbeknownst to me, I stayed too late in a public park.
I am supposed to be in court in about a month or so and I wasn't sure what I should do or expect and should I get an attorney? This is my first time ever getting into trouble (no speeding tickets or anything).

In most cases you will be much better off with an attorney. In your case you might be able to avoid a conviction representing yourself. It depends upon what Court you are in. You may call me for a free telephone consultation at 314-727-2822.
