For a Class B Felony what are the trial options?

Re: Trial Options
I am not at all sure what you mean by "trial options". Do you mean alternatives to trial? If so, then your option would be to enter into a plea bargain under which there would be no trial. Or, do you mean what choice of trial procedures are available? If so, then you have the right to a jury trial, but you also have the option of waiving that right and proceeding with a trial in front of the judge alone. If you are charged with a class B felony, there is no doubt that you need expert legal representation. If you can not afford a private attorney, you may be entitled to have the public defender appointed. If you are not already represented by legal counsel you may call me for a free telphone consultation at 314-727-2822.
