Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
In a trial regarding possession if the prosecutor says the defendant is commiting perjury and after being told by judge to be careful they say shes lying, she is a liar. They also continue saying that the officer wouldnt lie they have more to lose than the defendant. My question is did they or say anything wrong? How could the defendant still have the right to a fair trial?

This is an issue to be addressed by the defendant's attorney. Hire, when, and what is actually said change the determination of what is improper, and what may require a mistrial.
Good luck
