You do not want a conviction for this charge on your record. It could have negative collateral consequences for the rest of your life. You should be able to hire an attorney for a reasonable fee and, hopefully, avoid a conviction. I have handled many such cases over the last thirty-five years, and I might be able to help you. Feel free to give me a call.
