unlawfull use of a weapon
i was arrested over a year ago for unlawfull use of a weapon. class D felony, i just received a letter from my lawyer saying that they gave me a plea bargain because they have no case. and dropped it down to a class B misdamiener disturbing the peace. can i get my gun back?
