I was placed on unsupervised probration for having no proff of insurance and driving without a license. i got my license back and got insurance. I just got a notice saying they were going to revoke my probation for not paying the court cost. I did community service and just got a job infact today is my 2nd day of work. can they sentence me on the day I go to court for a motion to revoke?

If you pay the court costs before the probation revocation hearing, then you will not likely get revoked. If you cannot pay the entire amount, then you shoudl be prepared to p[ay some if it and ask that the PR hearing be set over 45 days. Each Prosecutior and each Judge are different, so there is no way to accurately predict if you will get violated. Paying the costs lessens the chances that it will occur.
