Is a warrant legal that contains the wrong , social security number

This answer all depends upon how necessary the social security number is to what is attempting to be searched and seized. The general answer is yes, the warrant is valid. Minor technical discrepancies(and in some cases major discrepancies in my opinion) have been overlooked by the court. The courts look to the intent of the warrant and how it is used. A wrong number may just be a technical error or it may mean the wrong person. If meaning wrong person then the warrant is not valid.
