Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
If there is a warrant for you in Missouri and you're apprehended in New Mexico and you waive extradition does that mean you yourself must voluntarily get back to the original charging state as soon as possible?

Generally, there is a process for the State(s) to transport a warrant arresstee. If you are or someone you care about, is in this situation, you'll find out soon just how bad Missouri wants your/them back.
Good luck

No. The Missouri authorities will send someone to transport you, and eventually require you to pay the costs.
