Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
Warrant for passing a bad check
I did a search online and found out that I have a warrant out for my arrest for passage of a bad check less than 500 dollars in March of 2007.
What can I do to rectify this situation?

I would suggest that you hire an attorney. In many of these cases, we can get the warrant cancelled, and later negotiate a plea bargain that would be to the defendant's advantage. If you do not know an attorney, you may contact me directly.
