warrants in mutiple municipalities
can warrants/charges issue in 2 municipalities be combined if the charges are related.(ie same defendant & co-defendant, same/similar charges, same date etc). both municipalities are located in st louis county

In the first place, you do not state whether there were two different incidents leading to the municipal charges. If there was only one incident, then it does not seem right that there would be two sets of charges in two different municipalities. More likely, there were two incidents. If so, then two separate authorities (the prosecutors) are prosecuting the separate alleged violations of two separate municipal codes. There is no legal basis or legal procedure for consolidating all of such charges in one municipality. You, or whoever the defendants are, need legal counsel to represent you, or them, on all charges in both courts. Good luck.
