Re: Warrants
A warrant can be recalled by the court that issued it.It is common for warrants to be recalled by clerical staff at the request of a judge or prosecuting attorney. The method used to recall a warrant may be dictated by the reason for its recall. Warrants may be recalled whether or not the underlying criminal case has been dismissed. Likewise, many individuals have been arrested on old warrants when the underlying case has long since been disposed of. Good luck with your problem.
