i have a warrent for my arrest in missouri for failure to appear because i left state while on probation what do i need to do to resole this without going jail

You need to hire a criminal defense attorney in the Missouri County where the warrant was issued. It is likely that the prosecutor will also be attempting to have your probation revoked. The longer you let this go, the worse it will be, so hire an attorney as soon as you can.
