Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
MY wife was incarcerated on 11/23/2010 during that time she has missed two traffic ticket court apperances now their are warrents in montgomery city mo. for failure to appear. Is their ant thing I can do so that she dosen't have to go to jail in that county for two months waiting for her court dates?

If she hires counsel, that attonrey may be ble to get the waranbt set aside, so that she may appear at her hearing, when she gets out. If she is out, she may have to appear with her attorney at the request to recall the warrant.
