Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri

my wife visited a friend in mississipi about 8 months ago and they talked off and on and i found out he used her social security number for a phone. My wife was out of state visiting her parents at the time i found out i called her she told me to call the phone company to cancell and make sure she dont get charged. i guess they thought i was her anyways i used her socail to get into the account. can i be in trouble? This guy will think this is done out of revenge by me cuz he wants my wife and some things of his was taken by my son in law when him and his wife was there also

If you had your wife's permission to use her social security number in getting the phone out of her name, you will probably not be in any trouble for your phone call to the phone company. As for the rest of your situation, have you thought about calling Jerry Springer?
