Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
My wifes 5 year old son was murder in 2007. The scum bag who did this has been out on bail since 2007. He was sentenced in 01/2010. The judge who set his bail in 2007 not only was a friend of his from high school but date him in high school too. She also met privately with his family before she set his bond. Does this seems like a conflict of interest and should she have of taken herself off the case? My wiife suffered a lot during those three years that he got to spend out of jail. Do we have a case against the judge?

I do not see a viable law suit by your wife against teh judge. however, it does apepar that there may have been ethical violations, by the judge, that your wife should report to the Missouri Bar.
