Legal Question in Criminal Law in Missouri
Wrong charges
I was caught with LSD on July 8th, 06. I was incorrectly charged with cocaine, so the court dropped the charges. They said they planned to refile correctly. They have refiled, but the charge is still cocaine. I have already been in jail for this wrong charge once. Is there something I can do to get out of this, considering they've messed up twice already?
