My boyfriend was wrongful convicted on the counts felony charges is there any way to turn the conviction around when there was no evidence in the trail other than a tape that they was not suppose to use or base their judgement on a gulity verdict? I would have to explain the whole case to you and is there anything that I can do don't have a hole lot of money but willing to do anything to get an appeal and another trail. anything at all thank you I will be waiting to hear back from you soon I hope.

Re: Wrongful Convicted
Your post does not tell us WHEN your boyfriend was convicted, or WHERE. We don't know if his lawyer has already filed a Motion for a New Trial or some other post-trial Motion with the trial Court. If your boyfriend's case was in the Eastern half of the state, I would be willing to review it for you for a reasonable fee, but there is absolutely no guarantee that anything can be done. You may call me at the office if you would like to discuss this matter further.
