Wrongful Convicted

My boyfriend was wrongful convicted on the counts felony charges is there any way to turn the conviction around when there was no evidence in the trail other than a tape that they was not suppose to use or base their judgement on a gulity verdict? I would have to explain the whole case to you and is there anything that I can do don't have a hole lot of money but willing to do anything to get an appeal and another trail. anything at all thank you I will be waiting to hear back from you soon I hope.

Your post does not tell us WHEN your boyfriend was convicted, or WHERE. We don't know if his lawyer has already filed a Motion for a New Trial or some other post-trial Motion with the trial Court. If your boyfriend's case was in the Eastern half of the state, I would be willing to review it for you for a reasonable fee, but there is absolutely no guarantee that anything can be done.
