A year ago I got caught stealing in Wal-Mart it was under 40$ went to court and paid my 530$ fine finally paid it off a month or two ago and I messed up again about a month ago I got caught stealing at Wal-Mart this time the item was under 10$ I'm no longer allowed at any Wal-Mart, Sam's club or Murphy gas station not just in the state of Missouri but the u.s and across the seas my main concern is will I go to jail since this is my second offense? My bail bonds lady said all I had to do was pay a fine and have a 1 or 2 of probation I'm praying that's all I have because I have a son at home and a baby girl on the way. I need help I'm trying to do all I can to avoid jail please what do I do?

You need to consult directly with a criminal defense attorney in your area as soon as you can. Many offer a free or low cost initial consultation. There wasn't enough information here to assess your present case. As this is a repeat offense, it might have more repercussions than the previous case where the merchandise was of a higher value. This is particularly true if you are in the same jurisdiction as the previous case.
