Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Missouri

I'm 17 and the girl I am wanting to get with is 37 can i do that without her goin to jail or losing her job or kids or anything like that

If you do not engage in any sexual acts until you turn eighteen, and you are not under a guardianship or conservatorship, she will likely suffer no charges or allegations from associating with you.

However, if you have criminal record, living with you could cause her custody issues, if there is already an open file on her kids.
